I am an award-winning Oxbridge-trained medical doctor, scientist and educator with over a decade’s experience in integrative health and extensive training across multiple integrative oncology modalities.

Alongside degrees in Natural Sciences and Medicine from the University of Cambridge and distinctions in MSc Precision Cancer Medicine and PG Dip Health Research, I hold multiple qualifications in nutrition, integrative medicine, functional medicine, herbal medicine (including Traditional Chinese Medicine), health coaching, yoga, mindfulness and other therapeutic approaches. I integrate this varied and extensive body of knowledge seamlessly in my clinical practice and education programmes.
As a Fellow of BANT and College of Medicine, working across BSIO (British Society for Integrative Oncology) and global SIO (Society for Integrative Oncology) I strongly advocate for the truly transformative power of integrative oncology and the need for an aligned multidisciplinary approach to deliver the best clinical outcomes.
That’s why I have made it my mission to make integrative oncology the standard of cancer care in the UK. Through more than a decade of clinical experience and extensive study, I have created the Systems Approach to Cancer® model to train other healthcare professionals in an integrative, whole person approach to cancer care.
EVERY DAY IN MY PRACTICE I SEE THAT THIS PERSONALISED INTEGRATIVE APPROACH TO CARE CAN LEAD TO:
More resilient and empowered patients
More fulfilled healthcare professionals
Better quality of life and improved clinical outcomes
Together, we can drive change and transform the current model of cancer care.
I hope you’ll join me.

Looking for an introduction to integrative oncology in breast cancer support?
‘Integrative Oncology in Breast Cancer Care’ co-authored with Dr Penny Kechagioglou, consultant clinical oncologist, provides a robust introduction to integrative oncology and a practical toolkit for clinicians working with breast cancer patients.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women globally with growing incidence, and breast cancer patients are the most frequent users of integrative oncology practices. This book addresses the whole person journey from prevention, to diagnosis, treatment and survivorship. The approaches and tools discussed can help guide clinicians on how to support better quality of life, improve patient resilience, minimise the side effects of treatment and optimise clinical outcomes for people impacted by breast cancer.
Healthcare professionals are asking for further education on integrative oncology, as evidenced by the BSIO survey results, webinars and conference engagements.
This book is written by clinicians for clinicians as a practical introduction to integrative oncology in breast cancer care.
